Hybrid meetings don’t have to be expensive to be good. Due to advances in technology, we can field a full-fledged three camera hybrid live-streaming system for much less than a large production company would charge. 

 

Our aim is to cater to smaller events and meetings which don’t have large budgets. Our costs are far under the above estimates for a high-quality, multi-camera production. Using robotic cameras so we do not need a camera crew. The simplicity of the production suite makes it possible for one person to run.

Our cost: $1,000 one time equipment cost and $150 per hour with a 4 hour minimum. For a “watch and listen” only meeting, the cost is $500 for equipment (labor costs are the same),
